About the role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Representative to support our growing base of small government clients. This is a junior-level role ideal for someone with a strong service mindset, clear communication skills, and a commitment to helping customers get the most value from our platform.
You will be responsible for managing a designated segment of municipal accounts, ensuring they are onboarded effectively, supported regularly, and positioned for successful renewal. You will work closely with our U.S.-based Customer Success team and will be expected to manage multiple accounts, maintain high-touch engagement, and proactively solve customer needs.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of small local government clients
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process and product setup
- Support ongoing product engagement and usage to help customers achieve their goals
- Monitor customer health and proactively address issues or concerns working closely with Customer Support
- Respond to client questions and coordinate with internal teams for escalations
- Assist with account renewals and customer success reporting
- Maintain accurate client records and update systems with key account information
To be successful in the role you will need:
- Minimum 5 years of work experience
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and client needs simultaneously
- Strong project management skills and comfort working with deadlines across cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate customers effectively; includes experience in doing live technical and product demos in person and/or on Zoom / Teams.
- Good understanding of client success metrics and KPI management.
- Data-driven mindset with understanding of analytical skills and ability to
- manage CRMs (Hubspot, Salesforce)
- Bonus: An understanding of short-term rental compliance, taxation and/or municipal operations is a bonus but not required.
