The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Delivery Analyst to join our Scrum team. You’ll bridge the gap between product, engineering, and customers turning business needs into clear requirements, ensuring quality delivery, and supporting Agile execution as a Scrum Master.

What You’ll Do

• Translate business objectives into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Manage and refine the Jira backlog in alignment with the product roadmap
• Perform manual QA testing (functional, regression, exploratory)
• Validate completed work against acceptance criteria
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and help remove blockers
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support
• Document requirements and outcomes in Confluence

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years’ experience in software delivery (BA, QA, Scrum Master, or similar)
• Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge
• Hands-on Jira experience
• Experience writing user stories and performing manual QA
• Excellent communication and attention to detail

Nice to Have:

• PSM I certification
• PSPO I certification
• Exposure to UX/UI or customer discovery
