This is an execution-focused role within an established brand system. It’s ideal for someone who is comfortable receiving direction, applying feedback, and delivering high-quality work within defined guidelines — rather than owning brand strategy or creative direction.
This role requires regular written communication in English, as you will collaborate with international teams. Perfect grammar is not required, but clear and professional communication is important.
Core Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visual materials for sales, including:
- Presentations (decks)
- One-pagers and flyers
- Maps, charts, and data visualizations
- Own the design and layout execution of HubSpot marketing emails
- Build and format email campaigns within HubSpot using approved templates
- Ensure technical accuracy and brand consistency in layouts
- Create graphic elements for internal company communications
- Update and improve existing assets while maintaining version control
- Strictly follow company Brand Guidelines and visual standards
- Implement revisions quickly and accurately based on feedback
- Prioritize multiple design requests to meet deadlines
- Ensure final files are accurate and properly organized in the shared repository
- Support marketing campaigns with graphics as needed
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong visual design skills with high attention to detail

- Experience designing and formatting emails in HubSpot or similar platforms
- Ability to follow brand guidelines consistently
- Clear written communication skills in English
- Organized, dependable, and strong time management skills
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to ask clarifying questions when needed
Communication & Collaboration Expectations
- Communicate clearly and professionally in writing
- Share progress updates on assigned tasks
- Respond to messages in a timely manner
- Be open to feedback and revisions
- Take responsibility for assigned work
- Work respectfully with marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams
What This Role Owns
- Sales and internal presentations
- One-pagers, flyers, and marketing materials
- HubSpot email design and layout execution
- Campaign-related design assets
- Ongoing updates to existing visual materials
- Maintaining visual consistency across marketing assets
This role does not own brand strategy, marketing automation strategy, or senior-level creative direction.
