About the Role:
This Copywriter role focuses on bringing the Fetch brand to life through clear thinking, strong writing, and thoughtful ideas. You’ll help shape how Fetch shows up across consumer, partner, and internal touchpoints—writing copy that’s on-brand, engaging, and grounded in what real people care about.
Working closely with the Brand Experience team and cross-functional partners, you’ll respond to creative briefs with ideas rooted in audience insight, strategy, and cultural relevance. This role values craft, collaboration, and curiosity—and offers the opportunity to help evolve a growing brand that’s all about helping people live rewarded.
Reporting into the Brand Experience team, this is a highly collaborative position that partners across the company. Success in this role comes from clear communication, strong creative judgment, and the ability to connect individual projects back to bigger brand goals and our mission of helping people get more value from the things they do everyday.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Write and concept copy across a range of formats—including consumer-facing marketing, partner materials, and internal initiatives—based on project briefs and brand objectives.
  • Produce clear, compelling, and effective copy that reflects Fetch’s voice and supports both business goals and user delight.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of Fetch’s tone and voice, helping improve and evolve how we communicate.
  • Build and apply a strong understanding of Fetch users, using insights to inform messaging, ideas, and creative decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, Brand Experience teammates, and cross-functional partners to deliver cohesive, high-quality work.
  • Review, refine, and guide AI-generated copy to ensure it meets Fetch standards for voice, tone, and quality—and help improve AI workflows over time.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for Fetch to show up in relevant cultural moments, seasons, and trends with thoughtful, on-brand ideas.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3+years of experience writing copy across multiple channels, or equivalent demonstrated experience through a strong portfolio.
  • The ability to write clear, engaging copy and articulate ideas confidently in both written and verbal contexts.
  • A portfolio that shows strong craft, conceptual thinking, and work that successfully delivers on a brief or objective.
  • Experience developing or contributing to a brand’s tone and voice, and comfort working within established guidelines.
  • A strategic and creative mindset—able to translate insights, feedback, and goals into effective creative work.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple projects or deadlines.
  • A collaborative, low-ego approach and the ability to work productively with partners across disciplines.
  • Experience using AI tools as part of the creative process, or a curiosity and willingness to learn new tools quickly.
  • Working knowledge of tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, and experience collaborating within digital asset or workflow management systems.
  • Curiosity about culture and emerging trends, and the ability to apply those insights thoughtfully to creative work.
