About the Role:
As the Director, Data and Receipt Intelligence, Go-to-Market, you will play a pivotal role in driving the Fetch’s purchase data & receipt intelligence making it best in class. You will partner with product, tech and customer-facing teams to identify where the industry is headed, Fetch’s strengths and opportunities in the space, and the strategy ahead. You will also need to understand and advocate for key areas of improvements and automation.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Lead Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute Fetch end to end catalogue, receipt scanning and receipt matching GTM strategy.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, tech and customer-facing teams to prioritize, buy and build solutions that drive both user and advertiser delight.
  • KPI Definition & Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, track receipt quality performance, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize user experience and monetization.
  • Consumer Insights & Market Trends: Leverage market research and what solutions are out there to identify opportunities, refine strategies, and stay competitive.
  • Launch & Innovation Management: Oversee feature launches and continuously experiment with new ideas to improve Fetch’s accuracy in terms of understanding receipts.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and support to effectively communicate the value proposition of our technology
Minimum Requirements:
  • 8+ years of professional experience, working with cross-functional partners
  • Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to develop and execute strategies in a very ambiguous problem and opportunity.
  • Industry Expertise: Depth of knowledge in the world of retailer and CPG product catalogues, receipt OCR, ML models and solutions to match Receipt data to SKU level data.
  • Excellent Execution Skills: Execution is crucial in a Go-to-Market role as it transforms strategic plans into tangible outcomes, ensuring effective launches and market penetration.
  • Data-driven Decision Maker: Strong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs, track performance, and refine strategies based on insights. Intermediary SQL skills will be a plus.
  • Innovative Thinker: Able to experiment with new features and approaches, staying ahead of market trends to ensure the app remains competitive and engaging.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent at managing stakeholders and ensuring alignment across teams to deliver impactful product launches and sustained revenue growth.
  • Sales Enablement: Experience in developing sales enablement tools, training materials, and playbooks to support the sales team in effectively communicating the value of the product.
Compensation:
