About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Business Recruiter to help build the teams driving Fetch’s growth, partnerships, operations, and business strategy.
In this role, you will own full life cycle recruiting across Sales, GTM, Finance, Marketing, Strategy & Operations, People, and other corporate functions. You will partner closely with hiring leaders to understand their business goals, translate evolving needs into effective recruiting strategies, and deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders from initial search through offer acceptance.
The right person brings strong business judgment, deep recruiting expertise, and the ability to navigate complex or ambiguous searches with confidence. You know how to assess talent beyond titles and company logos, use market insights and data to influence hiring decisions, and build trusted relationships with candidates and leaders.
This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in how Fetch hires across the functions that directly influence our revenue, growth, execution, and long-term scale.
This is a Full-Time Temporary (1 year) position that can be based in one of our U.S. offices or remotely within the United States.

- Partner with Recruiting Operations, People, Total Rewards, and cross-functional stakeholders to navigate complex hiring processes and offers
- Use AI, automation, recruiting technology, and data to expand market coverage, improve decision-making, and reduce low-value manual work without sacrificing candidate quality or personalization
- Turn insights from individual searches into reusable market intelligence, talent networks, and recruiting strategies that strengthen future hiring
- Represent Fetch in the market with professionalism, credibility, and a compelling understanding of our business, culture, and employee value proposition
