The Role: B2B Payments Solutions Consultant and Trainer

As a B2B Payments Solutions Consultant and Trainer, you will be the go-to subject matter expert in B2B payments, trusted advisor for partner sales teams, and the architect of training and enablement programs that help our partners effectively sell Finexio's payment orchestration solutions. You’ll use your deep knowledge of accounts payable, supplier enablement, payments fraud prevention, and AI-driven payment technologies to create compelling content, deliver expert-level training, and certify sales teams on Finexio’s platform embedded in third-party software applications.

This is a strategic, consultative, and educational role where your primary goal is to ensure our partner sales teams are fully empowered to sell, support, and extract maximum value from Finexio’s solutions.

This is not a sales role and therefore not commissioned, however the role is eligible to participate in the company bonus pool.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Payments Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the go-to expert for Finexio’s software channel partners, providing guidance on accounts payable, payments fraud prevention, supplier enablement, and payment optimization strategies.
  • Trusted Sales Advisor: Act as a consultative advisor to partner sales teams, providing insights on how to position and sell Finexio’s solutions effectively, aligning with their customers' needs.
  • Training & Enablement Leader: Create, deliver, and maintain comprehensive training programs, equipping partner sales teams with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed. This includes in-person sessions, webinars, and e-learning modules.
  • Certification & Testing: Own the entire certification process for third-party sales teams, including the creation of exams, proctoring tests, and managing the re-certification cadence to maintain excellence in selling Finexio's offerings.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finexio’s internal teams—including marketing, product, and account management—to continually refine training materials, ensure alignment with product updates, and promote effective sales messaging.
  • Industry Evangelist: Represent Finexio as a subject matter expert at industry conferences, webinars, and on social media, collaborating with marketing to drive awareness and interest in Finexio’s solutions.
  • Ongoing Engagement & Updates: Maintain an ongoing cadence of communication with partner sales and marketing teams, regularly providing educational updates, sales tips, and reinforcing Finexio's unique value proposition.
