We are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to help our clients achieve their marketing objectives.

The Sr. Marketing Operations Specialist will work closely with project managers, designers, and developers in this role and will implement all programmatic and operational initiatives. You will partner with clients to troubleshoot and optimize their CRM to meet the needs of the business based on client requirements and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate system requirements, current tech stack, and business objectives to define clients’ ideal system configuration
  • Lead the system discovery process, implement and configure Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot and other tools to specification, and train stakeholders on how to operate successfully
  • Serve as the lead advisor to clients, helping them to achieve their desired objectives with SalesForce, Pardot or HubSpot configuration including data capture & collection, workflow automation, database segmentation, CRM configuration, campaign set up, technical integrations, and attribution & reporting
  • Act as one of the administrators and provide support for Salesforce, HubSpot and other related applications
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support business needs and track KPIs including lead sourcing, customer journey and marketing campaign analytics
  • Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements
  • Support essential marketing operations initiatives such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing

Requirements

  • 6+ years of SalesForce/Pardot experience or equivalent certification
  • Experience with other CRMs and marketing automation tools required (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
  • Ability to communicate complex issues, plus how to implement workflows/solutions
  • Strong organizational capabilities and ability to manage multiple time-critical projects
  • Self-starter who can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership of projects and processes in a remote environment
  • Good organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while being flexible to shift based on business needs.

Compensation

Rocket Fuel Labs will provide the following compensation:
