The Inbound/CS Sales Representative works remote from home and interfaces with customers via inbound calls. This position will provide sales, customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding clients’ products and/or services.

About the Role:
We’re seeking a talented call center team member who can quickly learn our business model and engage with our customers in an effective way. We love authenticity and personality…we provide you with a script to follow, but we don’t love team members who are overly reliant on it, be personable! Being a good listener, a critical thinker and an empathetic human will be critical to your success.

Responsibilities Include:
Customer Interaction: Answering, routing, and making outbound calls professionally.
Problem-Solving: Diagnosing issues, answering questions, and providing appropriate solutions to customer problems.
Order Management: Taking and processing orders for customers.
Product/Service Information: Providing accurate and detailed information to customers.
Complaint Resolution: Handling customer complaints and taking appropriate action to resolve them.
Escalation: Identifying and escalating high-priority or complex issues to supervisors or higher-level support.
Documentation: Logging all customer interactions, requests, and resolutions.

Qualifications:
 2 years of sales/cs experience (inbound, telemarketing, or similar roles preferred).

 Excellent verbal communication, communication skills, active listening, and clear articulation.
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking.

 Ability to learn new products, services, and company policies quickly.

 A genuine desire to help customers and ensure their satisfaction.

 Ability to remain calm and composed, especially during difficult conversations.

 Strong critical thinking capability to help identify issues and find effective solutions.

 Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

 Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

 Proficient with technology and basic computer applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Office/teams etc).

 Experience working in a remote sales environment.

 Quiet home office setup is required. No background noise.

 A reliable wired internet connection is required—Wi-Fi is not acceptable. The system must be connected via Ethernet directly to the ISP’s router and to the workstation. Minimum bandwidth of 50 Mbps for both upload and download are mandatory
