SiO Beauty is looking for a Social Media Freelancer to help our team. This person will lead our organic Instagram, Facebook and TikTok channels.

Social Media Strategy:

• Develop and implement social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement and number of followers
• Create content calendar aligned with brand pillars, seasonal campaigns and evergreen messaging, with goal of posting daily

Community Engagement:

• Foster relationships with our online community by actively engaging with followers and other brands, and responding to comments and messages

Content Creation:

• Produce high-quality, on trend and engaging content (including graphics, videos and photography) for social media channels
• Work with Director of Marketing to source relevant UGC
• Write compelling captions

Analytics:

• Track and analyze social media performance to drive continuous improvement
• Prepare reports and insights, highlighting successes, trends, and opportunities for growth

Requirements:

· 4-5 years direct experience working on social media accounts

· Must have experience working with CPG brands, beauty brand preferred

· Familiarity with popular social media management tools

· Proficiency with digital media software creative tools, such as Canva
