Your Role

As CRO, you’ll lead our sales and revenue organization and:

  • Develop and implement sales strategy and revenue generation strategies to expand our reach across all relevant channels and maximize market penetration of our offerings.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing revenue team which includes Account Management, Sales Associates, and Account Executives to build a unified approach to revenue generation.
  • Build effective strategies to maximize customer acquisition, customer satisfaction, lifetime value, and retention.
  • Create team goals, KPIs, and benchmarks to guide our revenue operations and GTM team.
  • Drive alignment across Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience to optimize conversion and customer lifetime value.
  • Implement scalable systems and processes for predictable growth in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Personally engage in high-impact strategic deals to support team momentum and close cycles.
  • Foster a performance-driven, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
  • Represent Thnks at customer and industry events as a trusted revenue and relationship leader.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Sales Leadership: 10 - 15 years of experience in sales or revenue leadership, with 6+ years managing teams.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Experience in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies across diverse channels and markets.
  • Startup Mentality: Demonstrated success building or scaling teams within early-stage or high-growth environments.
  • Strategic and Tactical Balance: Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to identifying and executing business opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Revenue Expertise: Mastery of sales methodologies, revenue optimization techniques, and performance metrics to drive scalable, predictable growth.
  • Systems and Analytics: Deep understanding of CRM systems, data analytics tools, and KPI reporting.
  • Relationship Builder: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
